Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to seven days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is seven days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.

We do not accept returns on items that have been washed, worn or have had their tags removed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Aynur Yeter, Semay Dress, Striederstraße 10 , 76131 Karlsruhe , Germany, email: info @semaydress.de ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery and return costs , promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. Refunds will be made in the form of vouchers or exchanges of goods . We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than seven days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the seven-day period.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning (cleanliness).

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Promotional vouchers and vouchers

If you return an order where a promotional voucher or discount code was used, certain conditions apply to the refund. The refund amount will be calculated according to the minimum order value set for the voucher code. This means that if the returned items reduce the total value of the order below the minimum order value of the voucher code, only the discounted value of the goods will be refunded.
