Customs service:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, you have the option of exchanging the dress for a different size within 7 days, provided that it is still available. Alternatively, you can choose a different dress or receive a voucher that you can redeem with us within a year.

Please note that all shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. The dress must be returned in perfect condition, without damage or unpleasant odors. If the dress is not returned in its original condition, additional costs may apply, which vary depending on the dress.
